PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to display product descriptions, dimensions, colours, photographs, materials and other details as accurately as possible.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, handmade characteristics, manufacturing variations or natural differences in materials.
Some SAAJ HOME products may be handmade, handcrafted, customised or made-to-order. Minor variations between pieces may therefore occur and may not necessarily constitute a defect.
PRICING
Product prices displayed on the website are in the currency shown at the time of purchase.
Prices, promotions, discounts and availability may change without prior notice.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
In case of an obvious pricing, technical or listing error, SAAJ HOME reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected order before fulfilment, with any eligible amount paid refunded accordingly.
ORDERS
Submission of an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
We may contact you if additional information, confirmation or clarification is required before dispatch.
Orders containing incomplete or incorrect delivery or contact information may be placed on hold until the required information is corrected.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, delivery restrictions or other operational issues.
PAYMENTS
Customers may use the payment methods made available during checkout.
Full online payment may be required for certain products or orders.
For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, 20% of the cart value must be paid online in advance, with the remaining 80% payable at delivery.
COD is available only on eligible orders up to ₹12,999 and is not available for customised, personalised or made-to-order products.
CUSTOMISED & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain products may be available for customisation, personalisation, pre-order or made-to-order purchase.
Once a customised or made-to-order order has been confirmed and production or preparation has begun, it cannot normally be cancelled.
COD is not available for customised or made-to-order products.
Any special requirements should be confirmed before placing the order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Eligible in-stock orders are generally aimed to be dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
Customised, personalised, made-to-order and pre-order products may require additional preparation time.
SAAJ HOME offers delivery across India and may offer international delivery to serviceable destinations.
Dispatch and delivery are different. Delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier partner, product type and other logistical circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled without cancellation charges before dispatch, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Once an order has been dispatched, applicable shipping or return-shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Customised and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed where preparation or production has commenced.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, refused deliveries, damaged products and cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Where a refund is approved, processing may take 15–20 working days after the returned product has been received and reviewed by SAAJ HOME.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from your order, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs or videos.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse this website or use it for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
You must not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality or operation of the website.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
